How it Works

We work with young people to help them remove barriers to entry by virtue of being from underserved backgrounds and certain ethnic minorities. We do this by conducting one-to-one sessions with them, which helps them build their self-esteem and self-confidence.

Cultural Barrier & Acculturation

We arrange workshops to help get familiarised with life in the UK, what it entails and how to acclimatize with this. Furthermore, in my recent experience, I feel sharing cultural stories helps share the benefit and enriches us all

For those looking to build careers in fashion, photography, dance and music, we connect you with an expert mentor from your respective field who conducts one-to-one sessions to identify prospects and help them kickstart their careers.

Through a programme of training, upskilling, interview preparation, writing, tools and resources, we enable learning opportunities for these young people that help drive change in their lives and puts them on a path to a more meaningful future.
